   Yoga: A series of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the body and mind, tranquility.
 
  Pilates: A method of physical and mental exercise involving stretches and breathing that focuses on strengthening the abdominal core.
 
  Personal Training: You and your trainer will discuss your goals and create a workout that is right for you.
 
  Tai Chi: A classic Asian exercise that is often referred to as a walking meditation that conditions the body, mind & spirit
 
  Salsa Dancing: Private Salsa lessons help you learn at a quicker pace. You are taught to lead with confidence and follow like a pro.
 
  Hoop Dancing: The human body is a Divine and beautiful vehicle of expression, a storyteller teller of sorts. For a dancer to move freely without thought or hesitation she enters a self-sufficient state of bliss, a vortex of magical energy that is very much a trance like state of euphoria. In this meditative space where time becomes still and the dancer's movements are gateways into otherworldly dimensions, the human spirit is elevated to expand magnificently into the purest of Light and Love. This is the art of hoopdance. This is pure Love.
 
  Prices: $140 for 60 minutes, $210 for 90 minutes & $280 for 120 minutes
 
  Add-ons: Group sessions of more than 4 add $10 per person.
